Kylie is a highly experienced special education teacher with over 30 years' experience supporting children with additional needs and their families.
Kylie graduated from Macquarie University with a Diploma of Education (Early Childhood) in 1990 and a Graduate Diploma in Educational Studies (Early Childhood Special Education) in 1994.
She has extensive experience working within an allied health team, spending most of her career working as part of an early intervention therapy team.
Kylie worked at Cerebral Palsy Alliance for 10 years, gaining significant knowledge of physical disabilities. She also has substantial experience working with children who use various complex assistive technology devices and equipment.
Kylie has a high interest and significant training in supporting children and their families with toilet training and transitioning to early childhood settings and school, ensuring inclusion. She has also undertaken additional training in early language development and communication.
Working within a strengths-based approach to support and empower families is integral to Kylie’s approach, ensuring that each family makes informed decisions about their child’s development and goal setting.
Kylie's depth of knowledge and experience ensures best practice early intervention supports, helping each individual family to build their capacity so that they are able to support their child.

Sophia is a highly experienced teacher with 13 years working in early childhood education and care.
Sophia holds a Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood Education), a postgraduate certificate in Mental Health, and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
With Sophia’s extensive experience in early childhood education and providing early intervention support to children with additional needs, Sophia is passionate about making a positive impact in the community.
Throughout her career, Sophia has worked closely with young children, helping them grow, learn, and overcome challenges.
Sophia also supports families in navigating the NDIS and provides training for parents and teachers to learn strategies to support the children in their care.
Sophia offers early intervention services for various needs, including speech, movement, learning, and behaviour challenges.
Sophia develops individualised plans focused on each child's strengths and areas needing support, guides parents to support their children confidently at home, and collaborates with speech therapists, occupational therapists, and other specialists for comprehensive support.
Sophia is also experienced in providing training for early childhood teachers and parents to support children with additional needs.
